Below are some pricing examples of what we offer, please feel free

On-call Services

Remote Service:

$130.00 per hour
(billed in 15 minute increments)

On-Site Service:

$130.00 per hour
(billed in 15 minute increments with a 30 minute minimum)

Drive Time:

$50.00 per hour
(billed in 15 minute increments to and from Deja office to your location)

Milage:

$0.62 per kilometer
(to and from Deja office to your location)

IT services

Monthly Maintenance:

$100.00 per month
(Network with server and up to 4 workstations)

Web Hosting with Domain Name:

$13.50 per month
(basic package)

Cloud Data backup:

$42 per month
1000GB (1TB) storage (90 day roll back recovery of any data)

Cloud Email:

$10.00 per user per month.
Your domain with Microsoft Office 365, also includes Deja support (baseline package)

COMPUTER CHALLENGES

Virus removal:

$35 (starting price)

Laptop and Desktop repair:

$50 (starting price)

Free technical assessment of your office network and or desktop
computers or laptops, contact us and we will have one of our techs
come visit you at your office. Don’t have an office, no problem
bring us your computer or laptop and we will asses it here free of charge.

Still not sure how much it would cost for Deja tech to provide you with computer repair or IT technical support or even a simple fix remotely? Let us take you through some real examples of possible scenarios.

Scenario 1

  • Client: Hey Deja can you help us with a laptop that wont turn on?
  • Deja: We would love to help, did you want to bring it to us or do you want us to come to your location:
  • Client: we can bring it to your location if that will save us money.
  • Deja: That’s good with us and it will save you money. However we will give you both costs so you can make a decision.
  • a. Bring the laptop to Deja office: assessment and solution in this case was that the laptop needed the battery to be removed and re-seated to allow windows to boot once again. Your cost would be 30 minutes to solve the issue at $130 per hour, total of $65.00 +HST
  • b. Deja comes to your location, same resolution as above yet your costs are as follows. 30 minutes to solve the issue at $130 per hour, total of $65.00 drive time of 30 minutes at $50 per hour = $25 Milage 35 km X $0.62 = $21.70 $111.70 +HST

Scenario 3

  • Client: Good day to you Deja. Currently we pay way too much for managed IT services and when we call for support it takes them so long to arrive. We are a law firm in Ottawa with 4 teammates including the owner we are all using PC law, Unity and other apps such as Divorce Mate, are you familiar with these apps and if so what would be our monthly cost for maintenance with your company?

Monthly Maintenance: $100.00 per month (Network with server and up to 4 workstations) Web Hosting with Domain Name: $13.50 per month (basic package) Cloud Data backup: $42 per month, 1000GB (1TB) storage (90 day roll back recovery of any data) Cloud Email: $10.00 per user per month. Your domain with Microsoft Office 365, also includes Deja support (baseline package) 4 users (teammates) X $10.00 = $40.00 Total cost is $100.00 + $13.50 + $42.00 + $40 = $195.50 +HST **many other firms we have met pay over $1000 a month for similar support!!!
